Another Friday night night, long weekend, it’s very different from last week. You would think there’s gonna be a lot people enjoy the night in downtown, wrong!
It’s a fairly cold night, I almost felt winter is coming, walking in 9 c was not that enjoyable for me. However, I was surprised how much difference it makes after sunset. The color was so rich and vivid, it’s the first time I walk in Calgary downtown at night time. Too bad we didn’t have a tripod and without it it would be impossible to capture the beautiful night. Maybe leave it to next time. For past few weeks I have been trying to get familiar with all my lenses, learn their characteristics. So today again I brought only one lens with me a 50mm f1.4. I know it’s not the best lens for street photography, however just trying to push myself to use only one lens and get some interesting shots out of it.
